Do I need to be good with computers to use it?

Not at all — that's the whole point. You describe the problem the way you'd tell a friend (“it's slow,” “it keeps freezing”), and Noah handles the technical part. No jargon, nothing to set up.

How do I know Noah won't break my PC?

Noah shows you the plan in plain English before it acts. Every command it runs is checked against a safety policy first: diagnostic checks run on their own, and anything the policy judges riskier is shown to you as the exact command and waits for your approval — you can refuse, and people do. Every change is recorded in the Action Log. It's built to be cautious, not clever.

Does Noah spy on me, or read my personal files?

No. Noah reads your PC's diagnostic state — the kind of thing a repair technician checks. It also checks file and folder sizes to find what's filling your disk. It doesn't look inside your documents or photos, never uploads your files, and can't see your browser history, passwords, or screen. Nothing is moved or deleted without your OK.

Downloading Noah is free, and so is finding out what is wrong — always. Your first conversation is free too, including the fixes in it. After that, running a fix needs a plan, and both plans start with a 7-day free trial: a card is required, nothing is charged for 7 days, and you can cancel anytime from Settings. Noah Monthly is $8.99 a month. Noah Guardian is $79 a year, about 27% less than paying monthly, and renews yearly until you cancel. Both plans can do everything Noah can fix — there are no locked features.

Will Noah fix a hardware problem like a broken battery or dying SSD?

No. Noah diagnoses the symptom and tells you when it's hardware, so you know whether to book a repair appointment. Repairing physical parts isn't its job.
